I used Les Conley as a property manager for just under a year. I live out of state, and when I arrived to check on the property, which I had been told was being shown, I found a bag of dirty diapers on the front porch and spoiled food in the refridgerator, in addition to the overall poor and dirty condition of the house. These are things that should have been taken care of prior to listing the home for rent. I had also contracted him to renovate the bathroom, but he didn't paint the walls after the drywall was installed. After seeing the condition of the house, it was no surprise to me that the only renter he got in 11 months had to be evicted.
Cons: difficult to reach, poor job performance
