Front desk office doesn't know what there doing. There rude sad because the doctor is great. I had a hard time getting my reimbursment back. Never got an apology for there mistake. Let me put it this way I had to come up with 715.00 in one month before due date who has that kind of money and I dont pay any copay up front with horizon blue cross blue shield. My insurance did pay for everything so they got paid twice. Then didn't record 200.00 of it and said I'm only gettin 515.00 back. Ihad to go to my bank and get proof my baby is now 4 months and I'm now gettin my money back with attitude. Pros: doctor is good, clean environment Cons: parking, front desk one of the girls, and person in charge for billing more
