I ordered an entertainment center (2-17-08) and it was supposed to come in in 6 weeks. (4-30-08) I received no call at that time so I waited. 2 more weeks went by and still no call. I called them and they told me ""Oh, sorry...it won't be shipped for 2 more weeks. That makes 10 weeks for those who are keeping track. I called after another 2 weeks and they said it has shipped and they would call me. They didn't call again, so I called and asked them why they can't pick up a phone and call to let me know what's going on?! They apoligize again...yadda, yadda. I finally get my delivery date (5-21-08) that's now 3 months from date of purchase. I get the entertainment center and it's not done correctly!!! I asked for four 1/2"" slits to be cut into the base of the entertainment unit so my equipment could breathe. I got slats glued onto the base!!!! And Tony had the nerve to tell me I didn't tell him to cut slits!!! I pulled out my receipt and showed him my drawing I made with the writing sating to cut SLITS into the base. So now he has to take the unit back and fix it!!! They still have not delivered the unit. I have a date set for June 20th. So now it has been over 4 months, and I only received one phone call from them this entire time. I had to call and ask what was going on. These people are a joke and have no business being in business. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!
Cons: They say they will do something and they don't deliver.
