It was a great place to work out. I stopped going when I got pregnant b/c I was on bedrest part of the time and had some other health issues and was told not to work out and to just rest and take it easy. I should have sent a Doctor's note to suspend my membership, but all I could think about or concentrate on was my health and pregnacy. A lot of things fell through the cracks. Anyway, I called to see when my membership expired and was told April. So I assumed that was it. It wasn't. What they said was ""Your membership ends in April"", but what the meant was ""and then you go month to month."" I failed to realize that. So I wrote a letter to cancel, but I still got charged one more month. Apparently I didn't send the letter in time?? Anyway, the owner made right and refunded one month of dues and sent a nice card along with it. I would recommend this place, but again...just know exactly what you are signing up for! On another note, the staff has always been really nice.
Pros: plenty of parking, friendly staff
Cons: make sure you know what questions to ask and know your contract
