I lived at Marina Pointe Apartments and I do not recommend it. The management of the apartment complex are really nasty. When complaining about getting the tires on my car stolen, I got yelled at for being a victim. The budget for security was cut and there are no camera installed in the parking garage. When making a request it often goes through a number of people giving your attitude and finally ends up dropped on the floor. \r

Here is a list of issues to date:\r

- I signed a lease for a unit that was already rented and they gave me a small one instead\r
- My car wheels were stolen\r
- I still do no have my name and number in the call box\r
- The fire alarm goes off at 3 am for no reason\r
- The elevator seems to always be broken\r
- My packages that need a signature are left in front of my door. They have a policy where they can not accept any packages\r
- My shower still has only 2 settings: boiling hot or freezing cold\r
- No option for satellite\r

I have complained about most of these things and they make me feel like I its my fault when I do.\r

If you want to be insulted, irritated and lose sleep at night scratching your head trying to figure out why these people are jerks, then go to the leasing office (not at 10 since they are not there) and sign a lease.\r
