We had an inground pool put in by this company. There was a problem with the plaster. I called and called with no call back for a month. When I did get a hold of a person they told me that they did not put a pool in our yard ?!?!? There was no record of it that is why I had no return calls. I sent them my records, then they found theirs. Then they sent out three different guys to check the same thing and all three said something different was wrong with the pool. They went with the one that said they had no fault. I hired my own pool man to come and check, two different men. They had the same answer. Then I had to call and call, with no response. So I called the main office, the president of the company. After talking with him, the next day I was called and the pool repair was set in motion. This took months, so many calls, and hours and hours of waiting on hold. I think they build a beautiful pool, but their followup service was the worst ! I was a day from taking them to court. I was so frustrated and I could not get an answer out of anyone till I contacted their main office. \r
