Cullen's is my new favorite restaurant. I walked in and to put it simply was astounded by the place. I was seated promptly, at a seat with a great view of the kitchen. The people in the kitchen were very interesting to watch, and it seemed very clean. I ordered the lobster bisque for an appetizer, and I have never had better! It was one of he most unique things I ever ever seen done with a soup. I normally do not like my bisque very creamy, and at Cullen's, they brought it in a cup so I could put just as much as I wanted. For my main course, I had the prime rib. With every bite I took, flavor just exploded in my mouth. For desert I had the bourbon pecan pie, it was very tasty. The wait staff was very friendly, and the portion sizes were perfect for me. I highly recommend Cullen's to everyone!
