Have only been once, but so far have received the best haircut i've ever gotten since moving to Phoenix last year. I've tried Toni & Guy and other places as well, and paid more money, but my cuts weren't as good. My hairdresser did a great job at Botanicals and was right on the nose with what I requested. Wish I could remember her name, but it's a very small place, so i'm sure you can't go wrong! And did i mention they only use Aveda products? Just another added bonus. Great quality for the West Valley.
