Moving men friendly and on time. Unfortunately, they gouged a three-quarter inch section of the perfect finish from the mini grand digital piano they were moving. Co-owner of Central Ohio Relocation Services, Inc., Shannon Hazlett, agreed by phone to pay the minimum insurance signed for. She stated (against her contract guideliines) that no written request was required. No check ever arrived, and our phone calls were never answered. Our certified letter came back as ""unclaimed."" This appears to be a ""fly-by-night"" company to avoid at all costs.
