I had the pleasure of visiting my Fathers grave recently.The first time in 51 years. It was very nicley kept . A flag was placed beside it as he was a veteran of ww ll. After leaving I was informed that my flowers had been ripped off the grave and thrown away. Can you tell me, what are the laws pertaining to siblings visiting the graves and placing flowers .
