I am the type of person who never complains. If I am not happy I typically do not speak up. However my dining experience was so terrible I had to write about it. We entered the restaurant at 7:15pm. Our salads(which obviously had been sitting and were not very good) came in a reasonable(still long) amount of time. Our dinners ARRIVED at 9:15. There was no explanation. After sitting for two hours waiting, we had no appetite. I asked to speak to the manager who could not come quickly because she was ""working the bar."" The waiter had me pay and offered some ""extra mints"" for our troubles. \r

We sent our entrees back and thankfully the entire bill was eventually refunded. Unfortunately our evening was ruined as well couldn't complete our evening plans and WE NEVER ATE!
