Terrible customer service 6/30/2008

I had planned on having my rehearsal dinner at La Casa and a month before the date, the owners changed. The new owners seemed cool about all the details I have worked out with the old one and they were accomodating to everything I asked. The DAY of my rehearsal dinner at 3:00PM (dinner was at 6:30) they called to tell me that since it was raining and they didn't have a ""plan B"" we were going to have to move inside and pay more than twice as much as they had quoted me PER PERSON. After argument, they said fine...don't come we will give you your deposit back...what was I supposed to do with 65 people and three hours notice? Long story shrot, the food was ok, service was terrible and they ended up overcharging us by a mile! DONT HAVE LARGE EVENTS THERE!!! THEY ARE UNPREPARED AND UNWILLING Pros: good location-heart of sonoma square Cons: everything besides location more
