We joined in May 2008 at the new YMCA and the front desk is so unorganised. I have requested the same information 4 times and have not gotten our membership cards yet.\r
I keep having to give them all of our names for our cards. Front desk clerks say ""They'll be ready next time you come in"". Well that has not happened and had to repeat our names each time. Should that not be on our application form that we filled out? Very frustrating. \r
Front desk people seem disinterested in helping, almost like I was bothering them. Poor service as usual in Port Huron.
Pros: Gym, Pool, Great Building, Clean
