While visiting a friend in Astoria we went to eat at MOJAVE, It was so good we ate there twice! Dinner the first night and lunch the following day. Mojave definition of southwest cooking is like no other. While not a huge fan of the southwest faire their recipes brought a higher respect of that region of cooking. I only wish they would open a restaurant in the Boston area. I recommend you to order a few plates so to sample different dishes! Excellent, perfect, and close to heaven with just the right amount of heat: 5 stars!\r
