I called to have my dishwasher fixed. The person answering the phone was rude when she picked up the phone then got progressively worse as the conversation continued. I needed a repair man to come to my home to fix my dishwasher, however their ""Company policy"" required a model number to be provided before booking an appointment. I said fine, however because I was at work, can we book the appointment so the time and date slot was not lost and I would give them the model number tomorrow. The lady went on a rampage! I was being yelled at. I had to ask her to calm down and reminded her that I was the customer here. The technicians are good; however the compani is not flexible with their ""policies"" nor are their people even close to polite. HORRIBLE customer service. This needs immediate improvement. Pros: Techs that actually fix the appliances are good Cons: People taking the appointments are rude and aggressive on the phone more
