I tried to clear up a simple overage charge, and the incompetent staff was unable to take the time to look for the paperwork I sent, automatically assuming I never sent it,as if I make that up. As a professional, I am completely thorough in my researching of problems I only expect the same. If after looking they were unable to find it then they can accuse me all they want. Extremely rude and hung up on me several times, too afraid to give her name. The others I spoke with were rude as well. If you don't like your job and cannot do it properly, reevaluate your career choice. Judgments on people who are in debt should not cost professionalism. Who are you to think you are so much better than the people you deal with? You have a miserable job and the misery it is causing you shows through your lousy telephone etiquette. I don't know how you hold a job when you treat people, even ""losers"" in debt to your clients, the way you treated me. Capstone will not obtain one dime from me.
