I went into this Ulta to check out the Jessica Simpson Hairdo Clip-In Extensions, and to see if they had any leave in conditioner for them. The salesperson who was standing at the information desk ignored me, took a phonecall, and then informed me they didn't have the conditioning products. That was annoying but not egregious. \r
What really bothered me was the fact that they had boxes of extensions that had clearly been open, worn, and boxed back up. Many of the extensions were in the wrong boxes. That is disgusting. Every other store I've been to has a strict no-return, no try-on policy for these things. \r
The baskets in the store had brown gunk in the bottom, and the staff seemed apathetic. I felt like I was in a downtown Los Angeles Goodwill, not an Ulta store.
Pros: Huge store, lots of stuff
