I had done some research and decided that the Giant FCR3 was the best bike for my needs. I'd feel comfortable using it year round, ( I commute to work.) and it was light enough for some longer rides, but strong enough for New York Streets. I rode one and really liked it. After getting frustrated at Metro bikes I called Fulton, and the vibe was much better. They were happy to show me different models. They took the kind of riding I do into consideration, and I must say.. it seems like they really really enjoy there work. It's owned by two people, who were both there and both involved in their store, and very accommodating. They let me test ride it, and other bikes. I stayed with the Giant FCR3 but they made the purchase very easy. I feel like they'll be very pleasant to deal with when it comes to service as well. They just seem much more down to earth than most of the other bike shops I'd been to. I'd recommend them highly.
Pros: Really nice people to deal with.
Cons: None at all.
