Carol did not meet the deadline for my clients' envelopes to be addressed as stated in their contract. She avoided phone calls and did not respond to emails or messages left on her answering machine inquiring to the status. There was always as excuse as to why she was not done with the calligraphy. We have been to her home and she did not answer the door and we still haven't received the completed envelopes. DO NOT USE HER!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
