Reviews are only as good as the honesty of the reviewer. In the case of the windshield wiper complaint for example, this customer was informed of a problem with her wiper arm at the time of the blade installation. She came into the shop knowing there was a problem with her wiper system but requested only new blades. The repair required a dealer part which she declined but wanted new blades anyway. 2 hours after leaving the shop she called from the dealer saying we damaged her windshield wiper system & wanted $200 to be paid to the dealer for the repair. (she had been quoted around $40 for a new arm at the time of her visit!!!!, which she declined). She was asked to return to the shop to resolve the issue, an offer which she declined also. There are good shops & bad shops just as there are good customers & bad customers.\r

As for as the other reviews offered here I have no reccollection of them.
