Horrible GM at Canyon Country who lacks customer service skills 6/15/2008

With the new general manager in place at the Canyon Country location, I wouldn't consider re-joinining this gym unless they come to the conclusion that he's bad for their business. He was extremely rude and pompous. He also seems to be very deficient in Customer Service skills and his ""aggressive"" and arrogant attitude towards clients is not conducive to good business. When the owners wise up and fire this guy, I may consider coming back as a member.\r \r more
