They have no website to make it easy for online ordering. I recently faxed over an order over four weeks ago. Call over three times to try to find out where it is. First call I was told it was on back order. Next call the lady was rude and basically said my order is just sitting here without the order form. Not to mention she would call me back and never did. Last call was told they just lost my order form - which they didn't seem a bit concerned that it had all my credit card information on it. Kapolei Elementary needs to consider changing vendors for the school uniforms.
