I have experienced this on almost every occasion and if you don't speak Spanish, Aramaic or Indian, it's almost impossible to relay your order in specifics. They are just really rude and contemptuous for people working in customer service.
Pros: Very convenient
Cons: The parking lot design causes more confusion and congestion then it does relief
