Promises were made and not kept. Work was started - poorly - and left incomplete for months (yes, months). Quality of workmanship is substandard and owner will not honor warranty.
Pros: Talks a good talk --- sounds like he knows what he is doing when it comes to pool installation
Cons: Owner does not stand behind his words or his warranty.
