""Edge Personal Training Studio"" has made a huge difference for me. When I started I was way out of shape. I feel much better now. One of my favorite aspects of ""Edge"" is Erik has the ability to push me to do what I need to do and at the same time we're talking about any and evrything else not focusing on how much I don't care for exercise.
