I have had a horrible experience with SoundCom electronics. I chose to drive 180 miles round trip to SoundCom (an authorized service center) to drop off my tv. After 2 weeks SoundCom called & informed me they wouldn't service it. Westinghouse finally cleared up their hesitations (apparently they were concerned Westinghouse wouldn't pay them). Then a week later they called &said the part wasn't available, so I called my Westinghouse agent again who looked up the part number for them & an order was finally placed. The part was delayed 3 weeks although no one called me to tell me. Then, after having my tv for 7 weeks, they called to tell me they were no longer going to service Westinghouse tvs and I needed to drive back to pick it up & ship it off myself (they won't do this for you, even if you pay for it). Now I've been without my tv for almost 2 months & it will cost me more to drive back to pick it up and still ship it to the manufacturer.
Pros: None I have found
Cons: Poor service, bad attitude, unprofessional, unwilling to fix electronics!
