Tread lightly with this person. He is misleading, unethical, and manipulative. By far, the worst real estate experience in my meager 35 years of buying or selling property. Question what he leads you to believe. It is his desire to get out of you every ounce of energy and every penny possible. Larry, in my opinion and experience, you are the most pathetic agent in business in Ventura County.
Pros: At least I was able to sell the home I purchased through him.
Cons: I bought a home through him.
