Booked a Limo for my sister's wedding as a present. Awful idea! Limo failed to show for pick up. After multiple contacts w/ driver and owner, driver FINALLY admitted limo was broke down and would not be there. My sister was late for pictures and I had to find another ride for my sister and wedding party. Owner told my sister he would refund limo cost and still provide transportation to reception in another car. Needless to say owner decided to refund only for the ride she missed, even though he caused her to be late for her own wedding and never once called us to communicate problems with the car. We initiated every call but one and the company led us to believe they were ""running a little late"". Very poor communication skills and when we called to voice our concerns with owner about our problems he became very aggressive and told us to ""shut up"". I had no problem paying for the service originally agreed upon, but I defintely did not bargain to recieve the type of treatment the owner of the company dished out.
Pros: A limo was there to take them to the reception.
Cons: Poor Service, Horrible Commuication, Rude Owner
