Would NEVER buy anything from these unprofessional and unreasonable so called business people. We purchased a 2008 Kawasaki Jet Ski from Gardy's and had on the water for 29 minutes. It tipped over once--we right sided it correctly and it never started again. There were four adults that watch the jet ski tip--it was tipped like you see every jet ski on the water tipped We returned to Gardy's and asked them to see what the probelm was with the jet ski and they indicated that we had swamped the jet ski and the pistons were blown and the engined wrecked. We repeatedly told them for a 29 minute old jet ski this should not happen. There were four adults there when it tipped--it was not swamped. We did however have to tow the boat in. Kawaski was offered replacement parts but Gardy's would not do the service. We traded our boat in (which they made money on--bought a used jet ski lift from them--which they made money on--plus a new jet ski) they were not willing to offer any part of their service for free and indicated that we had to submit a claim to OUR insurance. Fortunately our insurance covered the claim but now Gardy's has our brand new 2008 jet ski, they will get repair parts on it and sell it again to some body and once again will make money off of us. Joel was extremely unprofessional and NON negotiable--would not come close to being a reasonable business person. I would NEVER do business with them or recommend that anyone do business with them again Cons: Terrible business people more
