Poor Customer Service Following the Sale 6/24/2008

This organization appears to have good products and initial service to support the sale, but following the sale, they have NO customer service at all. As an example I bought a very expensive umbrella a year ago, after having the umbrella for 4 weeks as they informed me they were too busy to look at it, they finally told me they couldnt replace it, couldnt fix it, and offered no solution at all to help us with our matched set that we spent over $3000 dollars on. I would reccomend never to buy from this group again more
