I went to this service station on March 22 and asked for a flat tire repair. Whitey, the mechanic on duty quoted me $25.00 and I accepted the offer. Twenty minutes later I was told there was a puncture at the corner of the tire and that it was not repairable. Whitey then offered me a brand new tire for $115.00. I declined the offer and was charged $25.00 for the flat tire repair service that was not done.
