I dropped off a trophy to be engraved on a Monday morning. I was told, I would get a call in a day or two letting me know it is done. A day or two came and went, no call. I then called them on a Friday. I was told it would be finished the first of the week. It wasn't! I called them on Tuesday and I was told it would be ready on Wednesday. It wasn't! I then called them on Thursday (10 Days later). I was told it wasn't done. Now I needed the trophy by Friday morning. That is today and I still don't have the trophy. This place lies to you so they don't have to deal with you.
