I believe I have never received worse customer service from an actual business than Quantum. I have to admit that the funniest part of the entire ordeal is that my alarm went off over 3 times in a month and not once did I receive a call. I came home one night - alone since my husband was deployed - to it going off. My poor dogs were miserable! So I called customer service to inquire as to why they hadn't called me and they said they had no record of the darn thing going off. They even said that it was my responsibility to call once a month to have them run a test to make sure it was still online. My response: And what exactly am I paying you to do???? I had to do all the work with them. Quantum might have free installation, but we had to sell our house and put it in the contract that the new owners had to take over the payments since Quantum refuses to let you cancel due to a move (Army required none the less). What bologna!! I would highly recommend going with a company like ADT. They are expensive up front but in the long run it would be so worth it. I wish I could do it all over again so as to not give these criminals any of my money!!!! Pros: You get a sign for your front yard. haha Cons: The entire company, alarm package, contract, service. Need I say more. more
