My girlfriend and I are always trying new sushi places. We found this one listed in the dallas business journal so I went online and read the reviews which were mostly good. We ordered the gyoza at the recommendation of one of the reviewers and we were pleasantly surprised. It was cooked perfectly, crisp on the outside and steaming on the inside. We then ordered some fresh salmon sushi and some eel sushi. Both were fantastic and were very large pieces! We also had a Devil Roll and a spicy tuna hand roll (one of my standards). The hand roll was so good I ordered another one! The pricing is reasonable for sushi. Let's face it, if you are truly a sushi fan, you are used to paying for it. Enjoy!
