I've never trained jiujitsu before but just started this week. I got turned on this academy through a current member and am truly enjoying my experience at HBJJ. Sean Williams and Sean Flanery are two of the best, most patient, sincere, passionate, and technical coaches out there. They make the academy fun to be at and the loose feel of the gym clearly affects it's members (in a good way). Everyone I've met there has been cool as hell and have already made some new friends. If you have an interest in jiujitsu or just want to get in better shape in general, this academy is for you. I'm the type of person that HATES working out but rolling and sparring and training is great for me cause it is exercise and you are learning and improving your skills at the same time. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone. They even have kids classes now for youngsters from 7-17. Check out their website for more info and schedule of classes.
Pros: great technical instruction, loose atmosphere, great people
Cons: parking
