I am currently doing the BOOT program and it is the best way I have ever found to lose weight. Rather than eating prepackaged meals or going to meetings, this teaches you to work hard for results! It is challenging and rewarding and has shown me that I can change my body. The gym is roomy for the amount of people using it and the staff is very friendly and helpful! The classes are challenging and energetic. The only thing that would make it better would be to add TVs to all cardio machines- it makes the time go so much faster!
