My wife and I dined at GSC while on a vacation/business trip to San Diego. I week long meeting at the Hard Rock Hotel in SD in February she had a conference at the Omni in June so I was very familiar with the Gaslamp District. In Feb I had dined at Donovan's (totally unimpressed) and Flemings, so we wanted something different. We decided to go to GSC and arrived without knowing that you ""cooked"" your own steaks, and wasn't sure if we wanted to stay so we had a couple of cocktails at the bar. We then decided to stay for dinner, and was that ever the right choice!!
