I received my shoes back with one sole as an 8.5 and the other a 9. It took them almost 4 months for them to get my shoes in that horrible state. This was after I sent them back for a bad repair in the first place. They will not refund my money. They even originally sent my shoes to the wrong address. Worst service experience of my life. And they truly don't even care.
