I purchased a used vehicle recently from Ed Voyles in Marietta. I paid them to submit the title information to the county. They failed to do so before my temporary tag expired. When I first called, they didn't even look into my paper work - they just said ""oh, it usually takes 3 weeks or so - just keep waiting."" So when nothing showed up in the mail, i started calling the county commissioner's office & they looked up my vin number and said no paperwork had been submitted by the dealer. I called the dealer multiple times over a 2 week period, only to have the MANAGER tell me ""the lady who does that isn't here"" and that he'd call me back with answers. No one EVER called back, and every time I called the same thing happened. I couldn't get answers from them or any sort of explanation as to why they had NOT DONE WHAT I PAID FOR THEM TO DO, or why they seemed to obviously NOT CARE about helping me in any way. It is extremely frustrating. If you are looking to buy a Jeep or any other vehicle, try someplace else - you're bound to get better service than I did.
