Connie Duglin was recommended to me by the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay where we held our wedding reception, consequently, I expected a high level of customer service from this business. When I came to pick up my order, no one informed me of when the order was due back and did not mention anything about possible charges in case rented items were damaged. I returned the order on the day listed on my invoice as ""return date"". When I asked the employee receiving my order to inspect the order and count the items in front of me- they refused, b/c they were ""on lunch break"" even though on the invoice the return time was clearly stated 9am to 4 pm and no lunch break was mentioned. Later, I got a phone call to inform me that my order was 1 day late and 10 items were damaged. Their explanation was that on the invoice the ""pick up date"" is actually when my order was due back and the ""return date"" is when it was suppose to be back in their warehouse???!!!! 3 days and 4 phone conversations later they still insist that my order was late and that I am responsible for the damaged items even though I believe nothing was damaged. Save yourself time, money, and headache ? go with a different vendor.
