I love this restaurant! Traditions gives you a slightly different take on Pizza and Calzones. Their sauce is obviously made fresh from fresh ingredients. The food at this place is outstanding. Lots of olive oil, garlic, and fresh mozzarella. The Calzone is my personal favorite. The large can feed about 6 or 7 people so be careful of you have a small family (although it reheats well). It is full of fresh ricotta, olive oil and mozzarella and baked in a soft an chewy crust. The Pizza is outstanding as well.
