I ate at here June 21, 2008 at 12:30PM. (Got right in with no wait... usually 10 minute wait... so not very busy...) I have been a monthly regular here since they opened and they have always had great food and ok service. This time the waitress was so rude that I had to leave a negative review. The only time I saw her during our time there was when she took our order. The rest of the time I had to flag down her help staff to get anything. When it was time to leave we went to the front counter to pay because we didn't have time to wait for her to come get the check from the table. When we went to the front counter to pay our waitress was there transferring orders from her order pad to the POS system. We waited patiently assuming as soon as she finished that tag she would help us... wrong! She entered 6 separate orders from her book to the computer without a word to us. It literally took 5 minutes standing there with my wife and 2 1/2 year old son. So think about that... count out 300 seconds and that's how long we waited for her to take are money for some great food but absolutely horrible service. So I have waited about five days after this experience to post this review because I wanted to be fair and not write this angry. So there it is. If service is important think twice. Or just get it to go and go home.
