We were given Linda's name from someone who used her. Though we have received everything she has promised (floor plans, furniture, upholstery), it has always taken many telephone calls and reminders. I can't fault someone for having relatives that are ill, but the norm with Linda is that her appointments will be rescheduled and if you have asked for prices on things she will either forget the first time or bring only half of them to you without a reminder. Someone's health (always out of town) is usually in jeopardy. We actually thought she went out of business since she took her office from a commercial setting to her home. Her taste is fantastic. She is VERY budget conscious. The problem is she is inconsistent. If you just need someone to provide general opinions or coordinate workers, she is great. If you want someone to call you back and show up to appointments when scheduled...maybe look elsewhere.
