Their service man came over to the house to do several services including cleaning the tile and grout and refinishing our wood floors. He talked a lot about how his service was the best and that others did a bait and switch. He and his men left juice stains in our wood floor, the new finish is peeling off and is bunching up all over the place. The tile was not clean after he left. We called him to come over and redo the job, he did not answer our calls. Please for your own sake do not use this company for any job. Poor customer service and poor quality work.
