I had my 2 septic tanks pumped out by French and French and had an issue with a charge on my agreement - one of the services was to reattach a baffle to the end of my pipe in each of the tanks to make it ""code"". After discussing with Steve, the owner, he agreed to refund $250 (on a $1200 bill) for a service that I felt was overpriced. After talking to another septic tank company, the charge should have been around $50-$100 and not $500. After he agreed, that was the last I heard from him. I put in a dispute with my credit card, but it was my word against his and did not get the money back. Overall they were unprofessional, overpriced and I would never use again.
