i've been a client at body basics for about 5 years now and have been traing with shaun for the whole time. a friend of mine said that i would really like his training style. he's very professional, but very personable. he genuinely is interested in helping his clients reach their goals. it doesn't matter if you're training for an ironman or just want to be able to touch your toes again...he's dedicated to helping you do that! he always makes you laugh, so dare i say it, working out is almost, well, fun! i very much recommend body basics. the atmosphere is relaxed, the people are nice. and jonna the owner rocks too!
