We tried to go by the office during the posted hours and twice no one was there, so we called and they stated you must make an appointment. The owners Scott and Anastasia were very short and vague with my husband and I. When we asked for some tennant referrals they (VIP Management) stated we can't give out that information. We just found a different company in Ventura to go with to rent a home from.
