Have you ever spoken to a manager? How many times have you been there? Why would a customer continue to go somewhere and spend their hard earned money on bad service and not even mention it to a manager? I find it odd how so many people in the world get service that they dont like and leave mad. Maybe if you voiced your concerns in a civil manner you might not be so disappointed. I bet all would feel better especially you. If you dont get the results that you expect dont return. Chalk that up to experience.
