I had my first root canal today and was terrified going to the office. But I have to tell you, I have never been treated so nice except at my Dentist. Dr. Turner. The office was calming and very tasteful. The staff were very friendly and professional and tried to help me relax. They cater to cowards and I am eternally grateful for that. Dr. Simcock was very sweet and caring. His deep voice was very soothing and he knew exactly what he was doing. I feel better now 4 hours after the procedure than I have felt in over a week. If I ever have to have another root canal I won't go to anyone but him. Thank you Dr. Simcock and your staff for a very very good experience with a root canal. Gail
