I bought my glasses out of town. I stopped by Peepers because I lost one of the clear pieces that rests on each side of my nose. In replacing the clear nose guard, the woman who manages or owns Peepers broke my rimless frames. She attempted to adjust the nose guards, and the piece holding the nose guard in place came out. She could not put the glasses back together so my frames are in three pieces and broken. She was not apologetic. Rather, she said she had never seen a pair of frame like mine in her 40 years of being in the business. I asked what she would do to make it right. She said she couldn't fix them. She suggested I try to tape them together. When I asked her why she didn't tell me she couldn't work on my glasses in the beginning, she had no response. Although I don't believe she broke my glasses on purpose, I have been put in a very difficult position. I am very disappointed with her lack of professionalism and customer service. Cons: Thumbs down. No customer service. more
